Fixed nutmegs are great charms to bring in money, luck, and gambling winnings. These are whole nutmegs that have a hole drilled in them, herbs and other things placed inside, and sealed closed with wax. Once these charms are sealed closed, they are fed alcohol, money oil, and etc over time to continue working. Some people claim to add mercury to fixed nutmegs, but these have no mercury added!
